The background is from a college classroom. The community college I went to before the CSU. Yes, that pump/valve thing actually was there. In the room. =3=; I don’t know what it was for. It wouldn’t be unusual to see it in the underground regions of let’s say a city, but a classroom??? >8S Did the architect decide “well, these are art students, they can ponder over its meaning”? (Marine biology class! ;3)

Ghostly marine life was added in later, since the valve gave it an underwater feel. And they’re ghostly because…well, I think of the movie Titanic, during the part where they’re roaming through the wreck. The ship became an underwater graveyard. That’s all I have to say. :3
