Yes, that’s right. I had a dream last night that I remember some parts of. It was extremely normal, which means I wasn’t on the run from anyone, didn’t pilot a glass elevator or was asked to help a dog get his own website. Nope. This one featured two characters
There was a 16 year old boy who was undergoing cancer treatment. Despite the cancer bits, he was actually very happy and optimistic and liked to spend his time building contraptions out of junk from dumpsters.
There was also a 40 year man who is currently in a depressed mood, due to his estranged relationship with his wife during this dream. He looked a lot like Louis from Left 4 Dead at first until the dream advanced further and the only thing that made him resemble Louis was the suit and tie. :3 (His pessimistic personality never really matched Louis’s happy, positive attitude to begin with though ^^;;)
Dream
I don’t remember much of what happened. Other than the two of them met. Louis (that’s what I shall call him :3) was put off by the kid’s happy attitude and didn’t understand it especially when he had cancer. But the boy (let’s call him Josh) said even though he didn’t much hope, he still found joy in life or what was left of it, by…building contraptions (which Louis didn’t get either—thought it was a waste of time). Despite their conflicts of interest and personalities, Louis found himself liking Josh’s happy outlet on life.
A few months passed. Josh found Louis in a dumpyard, modding a toilet seat to fit onto…something else. This made Josh happy, since he thought that Louis was maybe finding some meaning in life. Also he heard news that the doctors might have found a cure for his cancer, which he was ecstatic about. Once Louis heard that, he dropped his screwdriver and sighed, regretting [action—forgot what it was
]. He had overheard the doctors talking about something that was almost the exact opposite regarding Josh (the cancer treatment wasn’t working or something and they couldn’t bring themselves to tell him).
(Also Louis knew that throughout his cancer treatment that doctors told Josh very little of what was going on. So they finally tell him some good news and it’s not even real! DX)
