Lorin just graduated high school today. :3 This was the second high school graduation I went to (the first being Ryan’s last year).
My own graduation took about 3 hours (1000+ graduating students). This one had about 500, and not only that, they had two people reading off the names (we had one). And they read them off one immediately after another, which sped things up.
We also got a nice little surprise when one of Ryan’s friends showed up. He was there for some of his own friends who were graduating, and wound up sitting with us. :3
Also before the ceremony, my mom sent me off around the school to take pictures to show to people at tomorrow’s graduation party. While on my mission, I saw a rabbit run into a hole under some stairs outside. 
Later I told my mom about it, who said rabbits are like our city rats (sometimes you’ll see some wild rabbits out on the sidewalks). ^_^;
After the ceremony, we went to a German restaurant for dinner. My dad ordered beer and asked if I wanted to try a little. When a waitress caught me drinking from a beer bottle, she rushed over and asked if I was 21. 
I told her “oh yeah” and my mom and dad told her that I’m actually 24 (glad they could remember my own age better than I can—I thought I was still 23 O_o). I figured it was expected, but it still felt strange. :3
(As for the beer, I only drink a little. The stuff was just too bitter. :x)
Oh well, graduation party’s tomorrow.
