		<description>Something like that. I think only 10% of the county is occupied (everything else is federal land), and this city is one of the smaller cities in the county. :/

		<description>How funny.  Do you live in a rural or suburban area?  I remember a few years ago a local newspaper columnist writing about the raccoons who kept getting into his yard -- which was interesting since he lived inside the loop (in one of the nicer areas in the middle of the city).</description>
